Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Agent for a full-time hybrid role based in Athens. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients via phone to promote and sell products and services, providing excellent customer service and support, handling inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role combines flexibility with accountability, allowing for part-time remote work while participating in on-site activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales to address client needs and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to undergo Training to stay updated on products and services
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or related roles is a plus
• Fluency in Greek and working proficiency in English
