About the Role

As an IT Helpdesk Support specialist, you'll be a key member of the Technology & IT Department, providing first-level support to internal users. You'll ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure. The role reports to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers (local & network), Android tablets, and mobile devices
  • Provide assistance with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 (Accounts, Teams, Groups, Mailboxes)
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and access permissions
  • Monitor and maintain servers and network infrastructure in collaboration with external vendors
  • Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, Remote Desktop, Firewalls, Hyper-V, IPS/IDS
  • Support business applications (e.g., Soft1) in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Administer and configure the IP telephony system
  • Oversee access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems
  • Participate in structured cabling and technical installations
  • Log departmental IT needs and propose infrastructure improvements
Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related field (AEI/TEI/IEK)

At least 3 years of experience in IT support

Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DHCP, VLANs)

Solid understanding of infrastructure, security systems, and cabling

Soft Skills
