What you'll do

As a Junior Process Engineer, you will join our team and gain hands-on experience in the design and optimization of chemical production processes. You'll collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality and Technical teams while applying your academic knowledge in a dynamic industrial environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and scaling up chemical production processes
  • Supporting lab and pilot-scale experiments for process validation and optimization
  • Analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Preparing technical documentation (PFDs, PID's, RFQ's, 3D drawings reports)
  • Participating in cost estimation and sustainability assessments of new processes
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in process engineering & sustainable manufacturing
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, mass & heat transfer, and reaction engineering
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D plant design tools
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams with clear communication

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN Plus or HYSYS) will be considered a strong asset
  • French language capability (written & spoken)
