As an Event Planner & Coordinator at Ktima Aristi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of events from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to grasp their vision and requirements, coordinating logistics, supervising the setup and breakdown of events, and making sure everything proceeds smoothly on the event day.
Additionally, you will handle communications with vendors, manage event budgeting and planning timelines, and deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and guests.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily back-office tasks and customer service duties.

RequirementsProven experience in event planning or coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
