As a SEO Specialist, (B2B & B2C) you will play a critical role in driving organic growth, visibility, and revenue across both lead-generation (B2B) and transfer-booking (B2C) funnels. This role focuses on building a scalable SEO engine through rigorous research, on-page optimization, technical audits, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous experimentation — including targeted Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to strengthen visibility in AI-driven search experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional content and technical SEO capabilities, and thrives in a fast-changing environment where search behaviour, competitors, and AI-driven SERP features evolve rapidly.

This role reports to the Demand Generation Team Lead.

Responsibilities

Keyword Research & Content Strategy

  • Perform ongoing keyword research for B2B lead generation pages and B2C booking flows.
  • Execute competitor analysis to identify content gaps and search opportunities across traditional and AI-driven SERPs.
  • Create and optimize SEO-focused landing pages and blog content with a clear conversion intent.
  • Leverage AI tools to scale content ideation, clustering, and brief creation while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by understanding how AI search engines (e.g., ChatGPT Search, Perplexity) surface and cite content.

On-page optimization

  • Optimize metadata, titles, headers, internal links, and content structure to improve rankings and organic engagement.
  • Ensure that all pages meet SEO best practices and align with search intent across both B2B and B2C.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement on-page SEO enhancements.
  • Develop content formats likely to be picked up or cited by AI-generated answers (e.g., structured summaries, fact boxes).

Technical SEO & Website Health

  • Conduct weekly page audits to identify and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, site speed, structured data, and user experience.
  • Monitor website performance through analytics tools and diagnose ranking fluctuations or organic traffic drops.
  • Work closely with developers to fix technical issues, improve Core Web Vitals, and deploy scalable technical SEO improvements.
  • Ensure clean metadata and structured data that support visibility in both traditional SERPs and AI-driven summaries.

Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation

  • Track, analyze, and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Run SEO experiments and test new tactics to continuously improve visibility and lead flow.
  • Evaluate platform updates, AI-driven SERP changes, and competitor movements, turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports that communicate performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor GEO impact by tracking inclusion in AI-generated search results where possible.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure SEO is embedded across all initiatives.
  • Support the development of landing pages, tools, and resources that enhance both organic performance and user experience.
  • Share insights that contribute to messaging refinement, technical improvements, and channel-mix decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language skills will be considered a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and specifically GEO, GA4 & keyword research tools (SEMRush / ahrefs or alternatives)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership
  • A friendly and upbeat personality.
  • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies.
