As an SAP ABAP Developer – IT Consultant, you will embark on a journey of growth and development within the SAP ecosystem. We will provide you with extensive training on ABAP, alongside the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals. During your initial phase, you'll receive structured training through materials, shadowing, and our Buddy Program to ensure you're fully equipped to thrive in your role.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Craft and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and create innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration interfaces between SAP and external systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Customize SAP solutions based on specific business requirements.
• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.
• Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring your solutions work as intended.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of functional consultants, project managers, and tech enthusiasts to deliver successful projects.
• Continuously explore the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our solutions.

• A background in Technology (e.g., Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar), ideally combined with a post-graduate level degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a software engineer or similar technical role.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles and excellent software development skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Database design principles.
• A problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and acquiring new skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal, in both Greek and English).

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience in solutions delivery in SAP environments, particularly with ABAP and/or Java stacks.
• Exposure to the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance systems and processes.
• Ideally no pending military obligations (for male candidates).
