Dry Cargo Operator

The Role

We are looking for a Dry Cargo Operator to join our Operations team in Chalandri. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of voyage execution, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with brokers, owners, charterers, and counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage dry cargo post-fixture operations
• Act as primary point of contact with brokers, owners, charterers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor vessel schedules and contractual performance
• Prepare and manage voyage-related documentation (declarations, LOIs, invoices, etc.)
• Support the chartering team with operational input and assist in resolving issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dry Cargo Operations / Post-Fixture preferred
• Strong knowledge of shipping practices, recaps, and charter parties
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
