About the Role

As a
Maintenance & Installation Assistant Technician
, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing malfunctions in the automated systems of our supply chain, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency.

You will be working with cutting-edge technologies and advanced automation systems, including:

  • Autostore
  • Conveyor systems
  • Cable cutting machines
  • Stacker cranes

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and oversee installation and maintenance activities to resolve system faults
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical forklifts and lifting equipment
  • Maintain and repair faults in automated warehouse systems and related equipment
  • Communicate with automation system vendors and service providers to resolve issues
  • Support the maintenance department by recording faults, managing spare parts, and performing other related duties to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

  • Strong ability to perform mechanical maintenance and repair work on machinery and automated systems
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (University of Applied Sciences – ATEI) or a related field
  • Previous experience with automation systems and logistics equipment
