Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Impactful communication & insurance solutions

By fostering authentic communication and building genuine connections with individual and corporate customers, you identify their unique needs and potential risks, providing tailored insurance solutions.

• Sales & new opportunities

You identify new opportunities and build a strong network of contacts, attracting new customers. You participate in marketing activities and networking events, promoting insurance services.

• Trustworthy relationships & integrity

You cultivate deep, enduring connections with people through empathy and transparency, offering ongoing support, responding to inquiries, and adapting to their evolving needs.

• Insurance product knowledge & continuous education

You stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, policies, and broader trends and advancements in the insurance market. You thoroughly understand the terms, conditions, and coverage of various insurance plans.

• Insurance proposals

You prepare insurance proposals for individual and corporate customers, detailing coverage options, premiums, and deductibles. Your goal is to recommend the most suitable solutions that best align with their unique needs.

Required Qualifications

• Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
• A degree from a Higher Education Institution is desirable
• Passion for achieving goals and strong team spirit
• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with technology
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Prior sales experience will be considered an additional asset
• Completion of military service (for male candidates)
