JOB OVERVIEW

We are a high-performing, fast-growing team with a laser-focused mission to build the future of financial connectivity. As a Community Manager, you'll be the bridge between Estia and the world, shaping our public voice. You'll oversee social channels - including X, LinkedIn, Discord, and Instagram - and serve as the daily steward of our Discord community, driving engagement, fostering meaningful conversations, and ensuring a safe, authentic, and product-aligned ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a proactive, creative professional with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in crypto and fintech community management. We value speed, cultural fluency, creativity, and ownership and we're looking for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and execute with excellence in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management


• Oversee Social media strategy across X, Discord, LinkedIn, and Instagram, in close collaboration with the marketing team.


• Monitor real-time crypto and fintech trends to craft timely, insightful, and on-brand content that drives engagement and credibility.


• Create concise, professional, and engaging posts, including threads, announcements, product updates, and milestone communications.


• Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment), providing weekly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Discord Community Operations


• Maintain a consistent daily presence in Discord to foster engagement, moderate discussions, and enforce community guidelines.


• Lead interactive engagement initiatives such as polls, AMAs, Q&A sessions, and product teasers to keep the community active and connected.


• Host structured voice events (e.g., AMAs, Twitter Spaces, "office hours" with the founding team) to deepen transparency and trust.


• Identify, recognize, and empower high-value community contributors to encourage organic growth and peer-led moderation.

Community Intelligence & Collaboration


• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and internal teams, ensuring user feedback is heard and integrated into product and marketing discussions.


• Translate community insights, trends, and pain points into actionable recommendations for product and strategy refinement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required:


• Min. 2 years of experience in community management or social media for a crypto-focused project (e.g., exchange, wallet, payment protocol, infrastructure).


• Active engagement within crypto ecosystems, whether through Discord, X (Twitter), or on-chain communities, demonstrating genuine industry fluency.


• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling content under tight deadlines.


• Proficiency with community tools such as Discord bots, analytics dashboards, and content scheduling platforms.


• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret engagement data, extract insights, and propose strategy refinements accordingly.

Preferred:


• Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) for quick creation or adjustment of visual assets.


• Prior experience in fintech, payments, centralized exchanges (CEXs), or stablecoin infrastructure.


• Demonstrated success in growing and managing a Discord community from fewer than 1.000 to active members.


• Comfort operating within regulatory-sensitive environments, with sound judgment on communication boundaries in financial services
