WINGS ICT Solutions is looking a skilled Java (Spring Boot) Developer  to join our team. This position is ideal for a mid-level developer who is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and collaborating in an agile environment. As a Java Developer, you will support the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications for our client.

The main responsibilities will involve:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications in Spring Boot framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement robust solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Write clear and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Support software configuration management, deployment processes, and version control.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired experience and skills:

  • 3–5 years of professional Java development experience.
  • Proficiency with Java SE and Java EE technologies.
  • Strong experience in Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

Desired but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices.
