, we are looking for a Network Documentation Coordinator that will be based in
Vrilissia, Athens.

Our client is delivering large-scale projects across Greece and abroad, while shaping the future through cutting-edge technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized professional with experience in
FTTx projects
, good technical skills in design software, and the ability to manage documentation processes and coordinate teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define clear project goals, develop schedules according to project needs, work closely and communicate with stakeholders regarding the Delivery of Permits & as Built Documentation
• Leading and monitoring subcontractors' Documentation teams
• Review subcontractors' Documentation deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Verify that projects are delivered within time, cost, quality, and scope objectives as these have been agreed with Network Operators
• Manage changes to the Deliverables scope, schedule, and costs

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or another related technical field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position for FTTx projects
• Good knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other similar design and visualization software
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Adaptive, team spirit, good interpersonal skills
