«Customer Experience Specialist – Υπάλληλο Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών/ Tαμείο / part time / Ορισμένου Χρόνου »

 Η καθημερινότητα σου:

  • Διασφαλίζεις την αξιόπιστη και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του ταμείου
  • Συμβάλεις στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών με την ποιότητα της υποδοχής και διασφαλίζεις την ταχύτητα και την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη στα ταμεία
  • Υποστηρίζεις τις εμπορικές ενέργειες του καταστήματος και συμμετέχεις με εμπορικές δραστηριότητες (π.χ. κουπόνια, εμπορικές ενέργειες).
  • Συμβάλεις στη δημιουργία κλίματος συνεργασίας με μια θετική και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.

Θα είναι ο τέλειος συνδυασμός αν έχεις:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ / Επαγγελματικής Σχολής
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και επαφή με τις νέες τεχνολογίες
