Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking guests through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and any issues they may encounter.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service-driven goals and enhance the guest experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay current on hospitality standards and practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and challenges with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with colleagues.
