MAMAproject is currently looking for a new member to feel in our creative team

If you are an enthusiastic Architect , with passion for Design,  if you have greatly developed organizational and communication skills, are a real team player, and you are able to adapt and take charge in a variety of situations, then that's the ideal fit for you

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Architecture
  • Proven experience in design of 5+ years
  • Post Graduate education in Interior Design is an add
  • Εxcellent use of design software (AutoCad, Sketch up, Lumion/Twinmotion, BIM method [Archicad is prefered] will be considered a plus)
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Good Knowledge of Indesign & Photoshop
  • Strong sense of aesthetics & attention to detail
  • Staying up to date with current design trends, materials, and industry standards
  • Experience in detailed design & construction documentation (construction support)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills & self-motivation
  • Enthusiasm and teamwork skills
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken due to international clientele

Duites:

  • Conceptualize design ideas and excellent knowledge of design development
  • Compose and present design proposals and presentations
  • Make on site visits , follow up on project status &  reporting
  • Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction
  • Cooperate with Construction team & clients
  • Develop design concepts that meet project requirements and budget constrains
  • Develop drawings reflecting all stages of design (from concept design to detailed construction drawings)
  • Preparing presentations to clients
  • Managing the ff&e elements from conception through procurement and installation
