Responsibilities

  • Ability to select, plan and maintain a solid Crew complement/rotation for the assigned vessel.
  • Familiar with modern ISM systems and document control and ERP systems.
  • Committed to HSQE excellence by implementing Company's procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position, with deep knowledge on crew matters.
  • Good communication, organizational and planning skills.
  • University Degree, fluency in written/spoken English and Computer Literate.
