Your role:
Coordinate the reservations team and ensure timely confirmations and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Support and guide reservation stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and timely handling of reservations
- Communicate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams
- Train and support reservation staff
- Resolve booking issues and ensure customersatisfaction

- Previous reservations experience and systems (SAMO or similar)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in English(additional languages a plus)
