We are seeking an
IT Support & Reporting Specialist
to support daily IT operations, maintain the smooth functioning of our systems, and contribute to internal analytics and reporting processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Hardware & software support for users and company equipment
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of PCs, networks and peripherals
• Troubleshooting issues in Windows systems, backups, firewalls and applications
• ERP
  Entersoft
  configuration, user support and data handling
• Preparation of internal
  analytics and reporting
  (KPIs, system data reviews, performance summaries)
• Monitoring and management of IT infrastructure and IT assets

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware & networking
• Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft)
• Basic ability to work with data, reporting tools or Excel
• Problem-solving attitude, responsibility and teamwork
