We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II to join our biotech division, supporting small and mid-sized biopharma companies.
Biotech is where many of the most innovative ideas in medicine begin, fast-moving teams turning early scientific discoveries into potential new treatments. You'll partner with teams that value collaboration and adaptability, where your voice is heard, your impact is clear, and you play a direct role in helping promising therapies move to the next stage.
This position is remote-based; however, candidates must reside in the Athens area due to travel requirements.
What You'll Do:
Independently monitor Phase II–III clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics approvals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site staff to ensure high-quality data and patient safety
Ensure study cost efficiency and timely issue resolution
Managing clinical studies in Greece across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology.
What You Bring:
Life science degree or equivalent
2+ years independent monitoring experience
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with clinical trial systems and tools
Fluency in Greek and professional proficiency in English
Willingness to travel across Greece
