Αρμοδιότητες

  • Έλεγχος και καταχώρηση παραστατικών, εισπράξεων, πληρωμών, τιμολογίων και λογιστικές εγγραφές
  • Τήρηση Βιβλίων Γ΄ & Β΄ Κατηγορίας
  • Mydata, ΓΕΜΗ
  • Ενημέρωση και έλεγχος των καρτελών πελατών-προμηθευτών
  • Συμφωνίες με πελάτες και προμηθευτές για ανεξόφλητα τιμολόγια
  • Υπολογισμός του ΦΠΑ σε συνεργασία με τον Λογιστή
  • Επικοινωνία με δημόσιες υπηρεσίες & τραπεζες
  • Εβδομαδιαίες αναφορές εσόδων-εξόδων
  • Υλοποίηση εργασιών μηνιαίου κλεισίματος και οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων σε συνεργασία με τον Λογιστή

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής ή Λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Η γνώση λογισμικού ERP ATLANTIS είναι υποχρεωτική
  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ και των προγραμμάτων του Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα τήρησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Βασικές γνώσεις μισθοδοσίας
  • Γνώση φορολογικής νομοθεσίας
  • Δυνατότητα ανάληψης ευθυνών & επίλυσης προβλημάτων
