As a Maintenance Engineer you will be a member of the Mechanical Maintenance Team of the Blade Industrialization Department, responsible for Blade Machines production & Quality assurance equipment maintenance and construction. You will also be involved in machinery improvements implementation.

Main Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Diagnose breakdown problems for all production equipment
• Responsible for the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of the blade equipment
• Inform Machine Construction Supervisor for drawings shortages and design omissions and/or errors
• Propose improvements for machine operation and performance
• Participate or build instructions related to machinery construction procedures, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Contribute to the process of the new technologies' induction in your area of responsibility
• Undertake the construction of new projects assigned by your supervisor or project manager
• Take part in various experiments concerning R&D projects, Industrialization, and Improvement Projects
• Responsible for the good condition and adequacy of the tools that you use
• Responsible for the adequacy of stored spare parts, suggesting corrective actions
  
  

Qualifications/Skills

Required:

• Technical High School or Secondary Technical Shool in Mechanical Engineering

• Certified with minimum license of Technician according to the Legal Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position in industrial field

• Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)

• Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office)

• Willing to work in shifts

Preferred:

• Prior experience in machine assembly, installation and commissioning

• Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Robotic systems & TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance)

• Knowledge of engineering Design ie. 2D (Autocad) & 3D Software (PTC Creo)

• Machining Tool Basic Skills and First Level Automation Knowledge
