Role

We are looking for a Travel & Hospitality Solutions Manager to lead the development, strategy, and scaling of Wallbid's booking cancellation, trip protection, and ancillary solutions for the Travel & Hospitality sector in Greece and international markets.

This role combines deep product and industry leadership and expertise. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of our travel & hospitality solutions - from market insight and product design to partner engagement and performance optimization.

As Wallbid's industry expert, you will work closely with commercial, product, and tech teams to ensure our solutions create measurable value for partners. You will also play a key role in meetings with hotels, airlines, ferry operators, OTAs, and travel distributors, articulating how Wallbid's offerings can enhance revenue, improve cash flow, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and tech teams to design and deliver booking cancellation and trip protection solutions seamlessly integrated into travel and hospitality channels.
  • Act as Wallbid's Travel & Hospitality Expert, supporting commercial teams in meetings with hotels, airlines, ferries, OTAs, and travel distributors.
  • Present Wallbid's solutions and value proposition, clearly communicating benefits for partners and customers.
  • Support commercial teams in addressing partner queries and provide clarifications during meetings based on industry expertise to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, best practices, tech innovations, and new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, distribution models, and product positioning to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Monitor KPIs to optimize product performance, conversion rates, and partner satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and insights from partners and customers to fine-tune and optimize our offerings.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops as a trusted travel & hospitality expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, preferably in revenue management, pricing, distribution, or product roles.
  • Experience in insurance products for the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, forecasting, cancellation and refund policies.
  • Great knowledge of mainstream platforms in the industry (e.g. booking engines, channel managers, PMS, RMS, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of distribution models across direct channels, OTAs, travel agencies, tour operators, and travel wholesalers.
  • Sound grasp of business, operational, and financial metrics monitored by travel and hospitality businesses.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to optimize performance, partner adoption, and revenue outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, confident engaging with senior executives and commercial partners.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing strategic and operational priorities.
