Role Overview
The Public Areas Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas and other assigned spaces within the hotel or resort. This role requires ensuring that all areas are cleaned to company standards and that guests experience a welcoming, fresh, and comfortable environment.

Requirements
Key accountabilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Monitoring public area cleanliness, ensuring restrooms, lobbies, and hallways are well-maintained
  • Supporting housekeeping staff by delivering extra linen, towels, or other supplies to guest rooms
  • Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department for repair
  • Assisting with setting up event spaces or meetings as requested by management
  • Ensuring that all health and safety standards are followed in public and guest areas
  • Performing other duties as assigned to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of English language
