Αρμοδιότητες θέσης

  • Η καθημερινή εύρυθμη λειτουργία του κυκλώματος logistics

  • Συμμετοχή στον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό της εταιρείας στους τομείς ευθύνης του

  • Ανάπτυξη και συντήρηση όλων των αναγκαίων πολιτικών που διασφαλίζουν την ορθή λειτουργία της εταιρείας

  • Σχεδιασμός του budget της διεύθυνσης σε συνεργασία με την οικονομική διεύθυνση

  • Η κοστολόγηση της κάθε δραστηριότητας της διεύθυνσης

  • Η αρμονική συνύπαρξη με τις πωλήσεις, με στόχο την ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας

  • Η καθοδήγηση και παρότρυνση του προσωπικού για συνεχή βελτίωση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών

Προαπαιτούμενα

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του κυκλώματος logisticsσε συνθήκες συντήρησης και κατάψυξης

  • 5ετής εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα διοίκησης ανθρώπων

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης κρίσεων, συνεργατικό προφίλ

  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων

  • Εμπειρία δημιουργίας λιτών και περιεκτικών παρουσιάσεων στο top management

  • Πτυχίο τεχνικής ή οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης. MSC στα logistics θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν

  • Άριστη προφορική και γραπτή χρήση της αγγλικής
