The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
to help shape and execute a distinctive visual identity across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering cinematic, story-led creative that elevates the brand across campaigns, product, and content.

From hero visuals and motion graphics to digital assets and platform surfaces, you'll bring creative vision to life — with sharp design instincts, a collaborative spirit, and a deep love for visual storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to roll out high-impact visuals for brand and campaign initiatives
  • Design a wide range of assets — from film campaigns and brand videos to social templates, newsletters, platform UI, and print
  • Help evolve and maintain the brand's visual system and design language
  • Translate creative concepts into polished work that balances narrative, brand, and performance goals
  • Ensure quality control across deliverables, mentoring junior creatives or freelancers when needed
  • Stay plugged into design trends, film culture, and visual storytelling to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and distinctive

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in entertainment, editorial, or culturally driven brands
  • A portfolio showing creative range, visual sharpness, and storytelling-first thinking
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion design (After Effects) is a huge plus
  • Excellent sense of typography, layout, and composition
  • Ability to take action, contribute ideas, and iterate quickly
  • Passion for narrative-driven aesthetics and a deep appreciation for visual storytelling
