Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of Domaine Porto Carras.

  • Oversee vineyard and winery operations, ensuring excellence, sustainability, and innovation.

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market presence domestically and abroad.

  • Manage large development and investment programs to enhance production facilities and visitor experience.

  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors, investors, and international partners.

  • Inspire and lead cross-disciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications:

  • Senior leadership experience in wine estates, viticulture, or agribusiness.

  • Strong expertise in oenology and vineyard management with a market-oriented mindset.

  • Proven track record in large development projects.

  • International outlook and commercial awareness of global wine markets.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
