We are looking for a
"Contract Specialist"
to join our Contract team Odeon Tours DMC Rhodes, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on contracting arrangements in line with the needs and targets of the source markets.
• Evaluating and taking necessary actions based on reports and analyses.
• Negotiating contracting conditions with hotel partners and establishing solid collaborations.
• Uploading and setting contracting tasks within various systems.
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining keen focus on follow-ups and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 2 years of travel agency or hotel experience in sales or contracting.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Greek and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Extrovert personality.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
• Capable of problem solving, questioning, researching.
• Analytical thinking, planning and reporting ability.
• Keen on progression and self-improvement.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
• Be able to take responsibility for tasking completion.
• Compatible to teamwork.
• Resident or able to reside in Rhodes.
