Η θέση αναφέρεται απευθείας στην Διοίκηση και αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για άτομα με επαγγελματική ωριμότητα, οργανωτική σκέψη και διάθεση για ανάπτυξη σε έναν απαιτητικό αλλά δομημένο ρόλο.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση πελατολογίου.
  • Επικοινωνία με ενδιαφερόμενους δανειολήπτες (B2C) και υποστήριξη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας δανειοδότησης.
  • Ανάλυση οικονομικού προφίλ και αναγκών των πελατών, και διαμόρφωση εξατομικευμένων προτάσεων χρηματοδότησης.
  • Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εξαρετική ικανότητα στην αγγλική γλώσσα στο γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο (απαιτείται επικοινωνία με πελάτες - κατοίκους εξωτερικού).
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης σχέσεων και επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Δομημένος τρόπος σκέψης και προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων.
  • Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τράπεζα ή εμπειρία στον χρηματοοικονομικό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.
