Αυτή την στιγμή αναζητούμε στη Κέρκυρα, Guest Relations Agent, που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της Domes Miramare Corfu, για τη σεζόν 2025.

Guest Relations Agent

Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποδοχή πελατών κατά την άφιξη τους
  • Εντοπισμός των τάσεων, των αναγκών και τα ειδικά αιτήματα των πελατών πριν από την άφιξη του επισκέπτη
  • Ενημέρωση των πελατών για τις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου και προώθηση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών
  • Διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης και διαχείριση των απαιτήσεων των πελατών
  • Έλεγχος δωματίων πριν την άφιξη του πελάτη
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση επειγόντων / έκτακτων περιστατικών

Χρήσιμο να έχετε:

  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών ή/και άλλης ξένης γλώσσας (γαλλικά, γερμανικά)
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση, σε μεγάλες ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5 αστέρων
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση του συστήματος OPERA και η χρήση Η/Υ
