Το Venezia Resort Hotel & Spa 4* στη Ρόδο αναζητά έναν/μία Front Office Manager με εμπειρία, οργανωτικότητα και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση, για τη διαχείριση της Υποδοχής και τη διασφάλιση της υψηλής ποιότητας φιλοξενίας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ηγεσία και οργάνωση της ομάδας Υποδοχής (Reception, Bellboys)
  • Διασφάλιση ομαλής ροής Check-In / Check-Out με ταχύτητα, ακρίβεια και επαγγελματισμό
  • Παρακολούθηση Κρατήσεων, Overbookings, Arrivals & Departures σε συνεργασία με το Reservations.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων και αιτημάτων επισκεπτών με άμεση και αποτελεσματική ανταπόκριση.
  • Εφαρμογή και εποπτεία διαδικασιών σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Καθοδήγηση, αξιολόγηση και εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού Front Office.
  • Συνεργασία με τμήματα Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance για απρόσκοπτη εμπειρία πελάτη.
  • Διαχείριση ταμειακών διαδικασιών, αναφορών και καθημερινής λογοδοσίας.
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών ικανοποίησης πελατών (π.χ. online reviews, ερωτηματολόγια) και εφαρμογή βελτιώσεων.
  • Ενεργή συμβολή στη βελτίωση της συνολικής εμπειρίας φιλοξενίας και στην ενίσχυση της εικόνας του ξενοδοχείου.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία 3+ ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*.
  • Πτυχίο Τουριστικών Σπουδών ή/και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων (επιθυμητό)
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά) δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα επιθυμητή.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση PMS συστημάτων (π.χ. Soft One, Protel, Opera, Fidelio).
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και ηγετικές ικανότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης και απαιτητικών καταστάσεων με επαγγελματισμό.
  • Εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά αντάξια πολυτελούς ξενοδοχειακού περιβάλλοντος.
