Are you an enthusiastic and creative individual with a passion for graphic design? Better Collective is on the hunt for an aspiring Junior Graphic Designer to join our talented team and help bring our visual storytelling to life in the exhilarating world of sports and betting.

Your role

  • Assist in creating eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visual content that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Support the design team in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent visual messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Help maintain and organise design assets to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest graphic design trends and techniques, contributing innovative ideas for ongoing projects.

Job requirements

What We'd Love To See

  • A budding portfolio that showcases your graphic design skills and creativity.
  • Great proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • A passion for sports and an interest in the betting industry is not a must, but it does help.
  • Eagerness to learn, with an ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
