About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Specialist to handle the company's day-to-day IT needs. The ideal candidate will support employees with technical issues, manage basic IT operations, and ensure smooth and secure user systems functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily 1st-level technical support to users (hardware & software).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and office equipment.
• Set up and support company accounts (email, Active Directory, VPN).
• Install and update software, drivers, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Support onboarding of new employees (device setup, access rights, email accounts).
• Collaborate with external IT partners for specialized issues.
• Perform basic security checks (antivirus, backups, access control).

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (users, groups, permissions).
• Maintain an updated backlog of all IT-related issues, including collection, documentation, prioritization, and scheduled review, ensuring each item is addressed and resolved promptly.
• Experience in VMware ESXi infrastructure and Veeam Software would be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
