Ο/Η Horeca Sales Developer είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ανάπτυξη της παρουσίας της εταιρείας στην Horeca αγορά, δημιουργώντας και διατηρώντας ισχυρές σχέσεις με τους Horeca πελάτες, με στόχο την επίτευξη των στρατηγικών στόχων πωλήσεων.

  • Δημιουργεί και διατηρεί ισχυρές σχέσεις με του υφιστάμενους πελάτες Horeca μέσα από συχνές επισκέψεις.
  • Αναγνωρίζει και ικανοποιεί τις ανάγκες των πελατών, παρέχοντας εξαιρετική εμπειρία.
  • Κατανοεί το αντικείμενο δραστηριότητας (business) των πελατών και παρέχει εξατομικευμένες λύσεις
  • Εντοπίζει νέες ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης στην Horeca αγορά και υλοποιεί στρατηγικές ανάπτυξης
  • Καθορίζει και επιτυγχάνει στρατηγικούς στόχους
  • Εφαρμόζει αποτελεσματικές στρατηγικές για την μεγιστοποίηση στόχων πωλήσεων
  • Παρακολουθεί τις τάσεις της Horeca αγοράς και τον ανταγωνισμό, αναγνωρίζει νέες ευκαιρίες και προτείνει στρατηγικές με βάση τα δεδομένα της αγοράς.
  • Κατανοεί το προϊοντικό portfolio και ενημερώνει τους πελάτες για νέα προϊόντα κλπ.
  • Αποτελεί γέφυρα επικοινωνίας μεταξύ των εσωτερικών τμημάτων και πελατών και συνεργάζεται με τα τμήματα Πωλήσεων και Marketing για την αποτελεσματική υλοποίηση στρατηγικών.
  • Παρέχει ενημερώσεις και αναφορές
Requirements

  • Απόφοιτος Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, οποιοδήποτε Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Οικονομικές Σπουδές/Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν

  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Εξαιρετική γνώση ελληνικών (γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο)

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office, ιδανικά και SAP

  • Πολύ καλή κατανόηση της Horeca αγοράς και της δυναμικής του
  • Τεχνικές Πώλησης
  • Ερασιτεχνικό Δίπλωμα Οδήγησης
  • Δυνατότητα για ταξίδια
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές, διαπροσωπικές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Ομαδικότητα και οργανωτικότητα
  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και εστίαση στην εμπειρία του πελάτη
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγοράς HoReCa
