Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
  • Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη του τεχνικού τμήματος και των καθημερινών εργασιών συντήρησης.
  • Ενεργή συμμετοχή σε εργασίες συντήρησης, επισκευών και βελτιώσεων στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας των εγκαταστάσεων και άμεση αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών θεμάτων.
  • Οργάνωση, προγραμματισμός και παρακολούθηση προληπτικής συντήρησης.
  • Τήρηση κανόνων ασφαλείας και ποιοτικών προτύπων του ξενοδοχείου.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ σχετικής κατεύθυνσης (μηχανολογίας, ηλεκτρολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου).
  • Εμπειρία 2–3 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο (ιδανικά σε μεγάλες μονάδες).
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης και συντονισμού ομάδας.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και γρήγορης λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Γνώσεις Η/Υ για σύνταξη email, επικοινωνία και καταγραφή reports.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
