The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Software Delivery Lead to turn product vision into working software that delivers measurable customer value. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will transform strategic direction into actionable plans, clear priorities, and high-quality releases.

You will balance two core responsibilities: ensuring delivery discipline across a 15-person development team, and shaping the evolution of the product roadmap through insight, data, and structured communication.

Requirements

Deliver Product Releases with Clarity and Control

• Translate product vision into clear backlogs, priorities, and milestones.
• Build and maintain delivery plans that keep the team focused and predictable.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks proactively, and ensure smooth handovers from development to release.

Bridge Strategy and Execution

• Participate in roadmap discussions, sharing data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Maintain structured, transparent communication between Development, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Convert product ideas into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical briefs in GitLab.

Analyze and Shape Product Solutions

• Gather business requirements and user needs and translate them into functional mock-ups and draft data models.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to refine workflows, interfaces, and data structures before development.
• Evaluate the technical and operational impact of proposed features to inform roadmap prioritization.

Facilitate Engineering Collaboration

• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure iteration rhythm and quality outcomes.
• Monitor progress and quality using GitLab boards and issue tracking.
• Organize UAT cycles and ensure timely feedback resolution before release.

Ensure Vendor and Partner Alignment

• Coordinate external contributors where needed and oversee quality of their deliverables.
• Provide clear specifications, context, and checkpoints to maintain consistency.

What You Bring

• At least five years of experience in software project or product delivery, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and modern collaboration tools.
• A proactive, structured mindset and attention to deadlines without losing product context.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience engaging with both developers and non-technical teams, linking product priorities to business outcomes.
