Reporting Associate

Y/KNOT Invest S.A., a leading listed Group, is currently seeking a Reporting Associate to strengthen our team. The job is located in Alimos, Athens.

About the Position:

As a Reporting Associate for our Group, you will play a central role in the smooth operation of our Accounting & Reporting department. You will be responsible for managing Accounting and Controlling Budgeting and Reporting matters, and crucially, for generating timely and insightful financial reports and contributing to the

budget and forecasting processes. You will ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all relevant declarations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Budgeting
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review and decision-making.
• Coordinating the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads and performing variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) with detailed commentary.
• Developing financial forecasts and models to assess key revenue and cost drivers, ensuring effective cash flow management.
• Analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights into the company's performance, cost-efficiency, and profitability.
• Ad hoc assistance to the Management.

Desired Qualifications:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
• Professional experience of at least 4 years in an organized accounting department, ideally in a Big4 firm.
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and oral).
• Excellent knowledge of the German language (native or Proficiency/C2) or proven long-term residency and fluent communication (written and oral).
• Organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
