Strategic Segment Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Segment Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and development within specific segments of the market.
Your primary objective will be to identify high-value opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and working closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation.
In this role, you will also be responsible for building relationships with key customers and influencers, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and representing our organization in industry bodies and advocacy initiatives.
- Develop market models and forecasts to identify high-value opportunity segments based on value, volume, and strategic fit.
- Conduct in-depth research on segment ecosystems, including competitors, influencers, and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Track and analyze regulatory developments affecting prioritized segments.
- Design and implement growth and engagement strategies for prioritized segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers through industry events, conferences, and expos.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, trends, and purchasing behaviors to provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
- Represent us in industry bodies and advocacy initiatives to strengthen presence and influence.
