Description

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all
financial activities are properly documented and reconciledEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policiesAssist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate
and timely financial data and analysisCash Flow
reports, ForecastingIssuance of invoices, credit notesPosting suppliers' invoices, travel expenses, expenses Monitoring of banking transactionsParticipation in Budgeting processVat and tax predictionsSupporting Audits 

Profile

Bachelor or Master's
degree in accounting, Economics, or FinanceExtensive experience
of at least 4 years working in a fully operational accounting department,
preferably within the Real Estate industryUnderstanding of
fundamental accounting principles, tax regulationsExperience on
Soft One accounting programProficient knowledge
of the English languageERP
SavvyStrong
organizational, analytical, and communication skillsExceptional time
management abilities, including multitasking and problem-solving
capabilities
