Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Glifádha. The Junior Accountant will assist in day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities also include assisting with financial reporting, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior accounting staff in preparing financial documentation. The Junior Accountant will ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting department.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with Greek tax laws and regulations is a plus
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
• Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English are required
