Natural Vitamins IKE is a leading natural supplements company. We seek a highly motivated, energetic, open minded, positive and creative Senior Account.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record and maintain proper accounting records, for multiple companies and in multiple locations within northern suburbs of Athens.
• Prepare daily reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and orders as a backup when needed.
• Process invoices, receipts and payments.
• Payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation related to the annual financial statements, income Tax and VAT returns.
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• Assist in the preparation of various ad hoc management reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Human Resources duties to include interviewing and hiring personnel for multiple companies.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Dealings with banks and customers.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Computer savvy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management and organizational skills.
