Role Description

We are seeking a 
full-time, on-site Graphic Designer
 to join our team in 
Mándra, Greece
.

This role is central to our creative operations — from brainstorming and visual identity creation to production and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, marketers, and clients to design compelling visuals that align with brand strategies and project goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Creating visual content (graphics, logos, branding materials, presentations)
• Designing UI/UX elements for websites, e-shops, and marketing campaigns
• Conducting research to support creative concepts
• Executing photo editing and image retouching tasks
• Producing flyers, posters, and event visuals
• Managing and posting social media content
• Handling daily bulk design adjustments (e.g., resizing, ratio adjustments, color adjusting)
• Collaborating with team members to maintain consistent brand aesthetics

Qualifications

• Skills in 
  Graphic Design and Visual Communication
• Proven experience in 
  Logo Design and Branding
• Proven experience in 
  Typography
   and layout design
• Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work 
  on-site
   and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Degree/Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
