We deliver a full range of yacht services including marine engineering, repair & refit, rigging, and general maintenance. Our teams combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative technologies, structured processes, and rapid communication to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage yacht refit and repair projects on-site
  • Coordinate technical teams and third-party contractors
  • Assist in site inspections and client communication
  • Monitor project timelines, quality, and deliverables
  • Handle project documentation and equipment/material approvals
  • Support technical problem-solving with engineers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
  • Excellent Greek & English (spoken & written)
  • Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work on-site at yachts and travel occasionally
