Role Summary

AE Kifisia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Video Scout & Recruitment Analyst
to support the First Team Recruitment Department. The role focuses on player video analysis, data-driven scouting, and operational organisation within the recruitment process. The successful candidate will work in a demanding professional environment and gain hands-on experience with modern scouting and analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

Video Scouting & Analysis

  • Conduct video-based scouting for potential transfer targets.
  • Use platforms such as Hudl and Wyscout to create and manage scouting playlists.
  • Prepare video material for recruitment meetings and technical presentations.

Data & Insights

  • Use the club's in-house analytics platform to evaluate players and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Identify players aligned with squad needs and strategic recruitment plans.
  • Maintain updated player shortlists, reports, and scouting progress records.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment meetings, documentation, and communication.
  • Track deadlines for reports and recruitment tasks.
  • Prepare high-quality scouting materials, including video, statistical summaries, and player reports.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with scouts, analysts, coaching staff, and recruitment personnel.
  • Support the Technical Director in executing recruitment strategy.
  • Attend meetings to provide administrative support and follow-up on action points.

Person Specification

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of football analysis, recruitment principles, and player evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of football tactics and game models.
  • Experience with Hudl, Wyscout (training can be provided).
  • Coaching badges or scouting accreditation considered an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and work organisation.
  • Competent video editing and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High interest in modern football analytics and recruitment methodologies.
