Product Owner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet the high standards of quality and innovation our customers expect. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, from conception through to launch. Your expertise in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements will help us to create a product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals. You will also need to excel in communicating with various stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features and enhancements.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Facilitate the agile development process through sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to develop comprehensive product roadmaps based on user needs and market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
