Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll connect with clients across various platforms—phone, chat, email, and social media—to resolve account, technical, and financial issues. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, social media)
  • Help customers with account setup, verification, login, payments, and technical concerns
  • Serve as a reliable contact point, especially for sports-related client inquiries
  • Address feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and lasting relationships with clients
  • Ensure every interaction aligns with internal policies and quality standards
  • Share insights and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
