Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Athens. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Daily tasks also include interacting with customers, taking orders, operating coffee machines, and assisting with food preparation as needed. The Barista will work as part of a team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Barista and skills in Food Preparation
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
