We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator & Controller
to join our team and help optimize daily operations and support our operational excellence through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

·       Real-time incident management

·       Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards

·       Monitor and analyze daily/weekly operational KPIs

·       Identify inefficiencies, trends, and root causes using data-driven insights

·       Recommend and implement improvements in processes, tools, and workflows

Qualifications
:

·       Professional experience in an Operations or Controlling role

·       Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

·       Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
