What will your job look like?

  • Turn complex requirements into elegant, intuitive designs across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders —to deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous iteration to ensure every experience is meaningful and efficient.
  • Champion user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and visual consistency.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems to support product growth and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, mobile UX best practices, and platform guidelines.

  • 2–4 years of proven UI/UX design experience, ideally within mobile, telecom, or enterprise software environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, visually compelling design work—from wireframes to polished interfaces.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) with a solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, user journeys, and accessibility.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving user problems through design.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity to continuously evolve your craft
