About the Role

As a
Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and presenting innovative solutions for our clients. You will engage in both
hands-on technical validation
and
solution design
, combining deep expertise in
Azure Data & AI services (with a strong focus on Databricks)
with excellent consulting and communication skills.

You will collaborate with international architecture teams and local data engineering teams to design scalable solutions, lead proposal processes, and inspire clients to embrace next-generation data platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in
  proposal and presales processes
  , including tenders, RFPs, and business cases.
• Translate customer requirements into
  comprehensive solution designs
  covering technological, commercial, and financial aspects.
• Present architectural roadmaps and define
  clear implementation roadmaps
  for Databricks and Azure-based solutions.
• Engage effectively with
  both technical experts and C-level stakeholders
  to capture, analyze, and translate business needs.
• Actively participate in
  proof-of-concept (PoC) projects
  , validating solution design through hands-on Databricks workflows.
• Present compelling solutions and proposals using
  strong visualization and communication skills (PowerPoint, commercial texts)
  .
• Inspire clients to adopt
  cloud-native architectures, AI frameworks, and innovative technologies
  .
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Belgium and Greece to deliver best-in-class consulting and implementation support.
• Contribute to
  innovation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  , staying ahead of market expectations.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience
  in Data roles (Data Engineer, Data Architect, Solution Architect).
• At least
  2–3 years of proven experience as a Data/Solution Architect
  with strong knowledge of
  Azure Data & AI Services
  .
• Hands-on expertise in
  Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow, workflows)
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric
  , and related tools.
• Exposure to
  frameworks and platforms such as Snowflake, Huggingface, and cloud-native setups
  is a strong plus.
• Ability to
  capture complex business needs and translate them into clear technical and commercial solutions
  .
• Excellent
  presentation, proposal writing, and visualization skills
  .
• Strong consulting mindset: persuasive, empathetic, and able to inspire trust.
• Stress-resistant and capable of working to deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
