Export Sales Coordinator
to join our international team.

We are looking for a well-organized, communicative and proactive professional who will support our global customers, manage key accounts and contribute to the development of new markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Relationship Management

• Daily communication with international customers regarding prices, products and delivery timelines.
• High-quality pre- and after-sales support.
• Managing customer needs, issues and complaints with professionalism.
• Consistent follow-up on order status and project progress.

Sales Support & Market Development

• Recording sales data and preparing reports (sales reports, KPIs, analysis).
• Monitoring international market conditions and competitors.
• Supporting forecasting and inventory planning.
• Participation in trade shows and commercial activities.
• Managing assigned customer accounts
  : order monitoring, follow-ups, cross-selling.
• Developing assigned regions/countries
  : identifying new customers, spotting opportunities and proposing solutions.

Export Compliance & Documentation

• Understanding Incoterms and international trade rules.
• Ensuring all shipments are compliant and correctly documented.

Order Management

• Receiving, checking and entering customer orders.
• Tracking the full order cycle until delivery.
• Coordinating with production and warehouse for availability and specifications.
• Ensuring correct packaging and export requirements.

Internal Coordination

• Daily collaboration with sales, accounting, production and warehouse teams.
• Supporting process improvements for smoother export flows.

Export Documentation & Logistics

• Preparing and managing all export documentation.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders and monitoring transport timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
• Previous experience in exports, logistics or sales support is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with responsibility and consistency.
